Blowout & Panning

I created blowout by using an ISO of 50 an Aperture 100-001 of and a shutter of 1/15, I don't think this was the best way to do it, I could of done something different to make the picture better and make Adam more visible. Panning is when your emphasis is in focus while everything around it is out of focus. The emphasis should be in focus and everything should be out of focus and all blurry, I think i could of done a better job with panning. I could of followed my subject better to get a better picture. ISO-100 Aperture-100-0015 Shutter-1/2sec. The difficult part was the whole thing, trying to make your emphasis in focus and everything all blurry.
