Flash

The pros for using flash are: it adds light, and it freezes, eliminates blur the cons for flash are: the flash may disturb the subject, it creates ugly lighting situations, red eyes, and makes backgounds dark. When your outside and theres shadows on someones face or when your taking a picture under a tree. When you want more color in your picture the flash should be off, or when you dont want a blurry picture. The picture i choose is better without flash because if it had flash the background would be pitch black and you wouldnt be able to see the color of the lights the bridge has. Also if flash was on you wouldnt be able to see the reflection of the bridege in the water.
